Order Processing

  • All orders are processed at our central international warehouse, due to the fact that we sell to many countries around the world.
  • Processing time is typically 1 to 3 business days. During peak periods or holidays, this may extend to up to 6 business days.

Shipping Times
Once processed, shipping times vary depending on the customer’s location:

Other European countries 5 - 15 business days
North America 7 - 15 business days
Australia and Oceania 7 - 15 business days
Rest of the world 7 - 20 business days

 

  • The indicated times do not include customs clearance or transportation delays.
  • During high-demand periods, such as holidays, additional delays may occur.


Shipping Rules and Conditions

Shipping Confirmation

  • Once an order is shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • We recommend regularly checking the tracking updates to stay informed about your delivery status.

Shipping Delays

  • GOOHEALTHY is not responsible for delays caused by:
    • Customs clearance procedures in the destination country;
    • Strikes or interruptions in transportation services;
    • Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If the tracking status indicates the package has been delivered, GOOHEALTHY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • In such cases, we encourage customers to check with neighbors or contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.

Address Changes After Shipping

  • Address changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped. Please ensure the details provided at checkout are accurate.

Refunds and Cancellations Related to Shipping

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
  • Refunds or returns are not accepted for delays within the estimated shipping timeframe.

Dispute Protections for Shipping-Related Issues

Non-Delivered Orders

  • If a package is not delivered within 30 business days after shipment, customers should contact our support team at info@goohealthy.com for further investigation.
  • In cases of confirmed loss, GOOHEALTHY will resend the product at no additional cost.

Orders in Transit

  • Orders already in transit cannot be canceled or refunded, as the shipping process cannot be interrupted.

Customs Delays

  • Any additional time due to customs clearance will not be considered part of the regular shipping timeframe.

Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept the delivery, the customer will be responsible for the costs of reshipping.
