Conditions for Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging to qualify for a return.
- The product must not show signs of use, damage, or tampering.
- All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order.
Products Not Eligible for Returns
For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products, including creams, sprays, patches, liquids, and gels;
- Consumable products or those that come into direct contact with the skin, such as face masks and adhesive patches;
- Intimate products, including makeup, intimate care items, or undergarments.

- Ensure all fields are filled out correctly to avoid delays.
- Include your order number and provide clear photos if requested for verification purposes.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Return shipping fees and any customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.
- Returns must be sent to our international central warehouse located in Hong Kong.

Packaging Requirements
- Products must be properly packed and protected to prevent damage during transit.

Inspection and Refund Process
- Upon receiving the returned item, it will be inspected to confirm eligibility for a refund.
- If the product meets all return conditions, the refund will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.
- If the product fails inspection, the customer will be notified, and no refund will be issued.
Promotional or Discounted Items
- Items purchased during promotions or sales are not eligible for returns, except in cases of proven defect.

- Products that do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be refunded or returned to the customer.
Can I cancel my order if it’s already shipped?

What if my item is lost during return shipping?
- GOOHEALTHY is not responsible for lost or stolen returns. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the package arrives safely at our warehouse.
Additional Protections Against Disputes
Delivery Confirmation
- All orders are shipped with tracking to confirm delivery. If tracking indicates delivery, disputes will not be accepted unless proof to the contrary is provided.
Reason for Return
- GOOHEALTHY does not accept returns based on dissatisfaction with product results or unmet personal expectations for opened or used products.
Shipping Delays
- Refunds or returns will not be accepted for shipping delays unless the maximum delivery period of 30 business days has been exceeded and verified by the carrier.
